These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern your use of the services offered by Commoware. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services.
1. Parties
This Agreement is entered into electronically between Commoware (hereinafter "Commoware" or "we") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "User" or "you") who benefits from the services, products, software, content and forms offered by Commoware. By using the services, you are deemed to have accepted the entire Agreement.
2. Definitions
- Commoware: A technology company established under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, providing website, operations management, reservation, B2B and digital marketing services for travel agencies.
- User: Any natural or legal person who visits Commoware's websites, fills out forms, downloads e-books or uses our services.
- Service: All digital products, software, e-books, training, content and consultancy activities offered by Commoware.
- Content: All text, images, videos, audio, code, e-books and any other material offered on Commoware's website or within its services.
3. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the principles the User must comply with while using Commoware's services, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the conditions of access to services. Anyone using free e-books, forms, memberships or other digital services is subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
4. Rights and Obligations
The User agrees and undertakes to comply with the following while using the services:
- Ensure that the information provided (name, email, phone, etc.) is accurate, current and complete.
- Use the services only for lawful purposes, without violating the rights of third parties.
- Not to reproduce, distribute or commercially use the content without the written permission of Commoware.
- Protect the confidentiality of account credentials and report unauthorized access to Commoware immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability
Commoware does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet all expectations. Commoware cannot be held responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of the services. Information in e-books and training content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, audio and software on Commoware's website, e-books and services belong to Commoware or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, sharing or commercially using these contents without written permission is prohibited.
7. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data shared by the User through the form is processed by Commoware under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (No. 6698), solely for the purposes of providing services, sending the e-book, promoting products/services, customer relations and fulfilling legal obligations.
8. Commercial Electronic Communication
By sharing their contact information through the form, the User consents to receive SMS, email and other electronic communications from Commoware regarding products, services, campaigns, e-books, trainings and similar promotional information. The User may revoke this consent at any time by contacting [email protected].
9. Termination
Commoware may terminate the User's access to the services without giving any reason. The User may also stop using the services at any time and request the deletion of shared personal data.
10. Changes
Commoware reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. Changes become effective from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Turkish law, and the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in resolving disputes.
